Our neck bones come from organic, 100% grass fed beef.  They are meatier than the Broth bones, so not only are they incredibly nutritious, they are great for stews and soups, or a meatier broth.

Bones contain marrow which is a nutrient-dense superfood that contains collagen for improved joint function, plus easily digestible forms of zinc, phosphorous, calcium, and iron. You also get a hit of omega-3 fatty acids, lipids, and Vitamin A to boost your immunity, support brain and hormone function, and helps with rebuilding gut & intestinal lining.

Bello Beef is grown on our certified organic farm in Bellingen, NSW.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, vaccine-free (including mRNA vaccines), with no Bovaer, growth hormones or routine antibiotics. No grain finishing — just cattle raised slowly on pasture, working with our land and the seasons.

We raise Angus and Angus-cross cattle and believe in making the most of every animal we grow.

Your beef is carefully butchered, packed and frozen fresh, ready for your freezer.
