Bello Beef's Carnivore sausage, is a true carnivore's delight, containing only organic beef, bone marrow and sea salt, handmade and wrapped in natural hog casing.

Our organic, 100% grass-fed sausages are packaged in approximately 450g containing and 5 thick sausages.

All our sausages are made with only real & whole food ingredients. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Preservative Free and the Carnivore Sausage is plant-free!

Ingredients: Organic Grass-fed Beef, Bone Marrow, Natural Hog Casing, Sea Salt.

As there are NO preservatives in our sausages, they must be kept in the freezer and cooked within 3 days of being defrosted.

Grown by us, at Levenvale Farm

Bello Beef is grown on our certified organic farm in Bellingen, NSW.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, vaccine-free (including mRNA vaccines), with no Bovaer, growth hormones or routine antibiotics. No grain finishing — just cattle raised slowly on pasture, working with our land and the seasons.

We raise Angus and Angus-cross cattle and believe in making the most of every animal we grow.

Your beef is carefully butchered, packed and frozen fresh, ready for your freezer.
