Our Carnivore Broth is a pure, traditional bone broth made for those who prefer a completely animal-based broth.

We slowly simmer the bones from our organic, 100% grass-fed cattle, extracting the natural collagen, minerals and flavour that make bone broth such a nourishing food.

Unlike many broths that include vegetables, herbs or spices, our Carnivore Broth contains no plant ingredients — just beef, water and salt.

The result is a rich, savoury broth that can be enjoyed simply in a mug, used to break a fast, or incorporated into carnivore, keto or low-carb cooking.

Bello Beef is grown on our certified organic farm in Bellingen, NSW.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, vaccine-free (including mRNA vaccines), with no Bovaer, growth hormones or routine antibiotics. No grain finishing — just cattle raised slowly on pasture, working with our land and the seasons.

We raise Angus and Angus-cross cattle and believe in making the most of every animal we grow.

Your beef is carefully butchered, packed and frozen fresh, ready for your freezer.
