As always, made with our organic, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef - our sausages are mixed with salt only, and collagen casing. 

To launch this NEW range, we have packaged in 900g-1kg bags, approximately 14 thin sausages 

All our sausages are made with only BEEF and SALT. They are Gluten Free, Preservative Free.  In fact, they are free from all fillers, extracts, numbers and other "stuff" butchers like to put in sausages.  Not us!

Ingredients: Organic Grass-fed Beef, Sea Salt, Collagen Casing.  

As there are NO preservatives in our sausages, they must be kept in the freezer and cooked within 24 hours days of being defrosted.

Grown by us, at Levenvale Farm

Bello Beef is grown on our certified organic farm in Bellingen, NSW.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, vaccine-free (including mRNA vaccines), with no Bovaer, growth hormones or routine antibiotics. No grain finishing — just cattle raised slowly on pasture, working with our land and the seasons.

We raise Angus and Angus-cross cattle and believe in making the most of every animal we grow.

Your beef is carefully butchered, packed and frozen fresh, ready for your freezer.
